  LOL WOW. i would give this place zero stars if i could. possibly the MOST unprofessional place i have ever stepped into in my life, the fact that is a vets office makes it that much scarier. This is the vet's office i was told to make an appointment with because i adopted my cat from the shelter, and this is who they work with. when i adopted my cat, her adoption fee covered everything (spay, rabies, fecal, etc), therefore all that was left for me to do was make the appointment, take her in, pick her up and go. when i went to pick her up, besides having to wait over an hour to even be acknowledged, they couldn't even locate her originally. yes, that is correct, the could not locate where my cat was inside of their facility. they acted as if they had never even heard of the Wakulla Shelter (they work with them??), and they basically acted as if i was an idiot. they charged me 130$ (although i had already paid this through the shelter and i explained this to them) and told me that if i didn't pay it then i would have to leave my cat overnight. they also told me that i had no proof of paying the shelter already, even though i came in with the form from the wakulla shelter and the 100$ microchip which was given to me upon the time i paid the shelter. after seeing the condition of this place, i would pay any amount of money just to take my poor animal home within the same day. I received a call from the shelter this morning stating that they had in fact already sent my voucher over and i should NEVER have been charged this fee, turns out animal aid had the WRONG FAX NUMBER FOR THE WAKULLA OFFICE, so they had no idea what was even going on to begin with. i won't receive my refund for over two weeks. this place is unorganized to say the least. while waiting in there for over an hour i witnessed multiple screw ups with other customers, including a staff member who flat out admitted she had lost this woman's paper work and her voucher. i cannot believe that this place is even allowed to run its operations when they don't even know where peoples animals are. i will never take my animal here ever again and i suggest anyone else who truly loves their animal do the same. yes very cheap prices but i still think they scam people out of their money.
