- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Allen is a wonderful doctor. However the staff is extremely rude. Once I asked for my records (after an injury) the staff became very rude, won't give messages to the nurse, won't put the office manager on the phone, hangs up on me. Every time I call I can NEVER get a nurse on the phone and all of a sudden my records disappear. Like I said, Dr.Allen is wonderful but he needs new staff as I feel it's going to hurt his practice.November 13, 2017by Tammy Loudner
