- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been a patient of Dr. Saunders-Jones for over 7 years and had ever encounter a problem with her nor her staff (maybe because I only needed to go once a year/health was pretty good) . NOT UNTIL RECENTLY! I made an appointment to visit her office for a sudden medical issue that I just couldn't rid on my own. I Arrived to my appointment about 7 mins. late, was put in a room and waited 3 hours to be seen by the doctor (office wasn't busy at all). To shorten this story, I requested my co-pay back, went to the ER and had to have immediate surgery. Her staff turnover rate is high and they are unprofessional, immature, and uncompassionate young adults. I had the upmost respect for Dr. Jones and I wish her nothing but success.
