  Even though I pay the insurance rate monthly, they recently shut down my account saying that I haven't done so. I hope they will resolve this or they better prepare for a lawsuit. What a group of frauds

  I'm actually super shocked by these reviews and is the only reason I'm writing my five star now. I went back in January 2017 completely lost, needing doctors, needing surgery, but couldn't figure out why I wasn't covered in the Tallahassee area. My personal Florida Blue agents ignored me and never responded to my emails, phone calls or voice messages so I went to a Florida Blue Center searching for help. They figured out what was the problem and explained to me who I had to call and what I had to do to get the proper insurance and what my options were. They also apologized for my agent's treatment towards me and apologized that they couldn't help me more, which I was shocked by because they gave me answers to what my problem was and offered solutions. They had given me the most help and showed me that there was a solution to my problem. I can't remember the lady's name, but it began with a T and although she was new, she was super helpful along with her coworker in the service department. I honestly don't understand these reviews. I made an appointment online and was seen within 20 minutes I think.
