- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Over the past 11 years, my experiences with Dr. Mackay, Nurse Practitioner Gray, and the staff exceeded my expectations and that is saying a lot considering that I am a 57 year old Black American Female. In addition to addressing annual physicals and other health concerns, the team provided me with amazing support as I navigated the death of my moms, divorce, work, and completion of a doctorate degree. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. MacKay and PA Kim are great, but reception never answers the phone. It takes days and many attempts to get a refill called in. Then you have to call the pharmacy repeatedly to see if they have received authorization. Very frustrating.January 18, 2017by P M
