- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪"Big Fish/ Little Pond" Stay Away. Dr Berg did what was supposedly an easy surgery on my thumb area...just got the records from him because still hurting a year later...omissions of fact...misrepresentations of what happened...left out entire visit...he was supposed to be "the best" ( I knew someone he did a great job on) but I would say stay away...in fact I would probably look outside Tallahassee for a professional...they are "big fish/little pond" syndrome.
