  The Branch is great but the building Suntrust is located is less then spectacular. the only free parking is in the garage that is manned by rude attendants, who did not help me when i asked about the procedure, and as i left was told i owed them 3 dollars because i did not get a stamp from Suntrust on my parking ticket, i had my deposit slip and that was not enough proof for them. when i called the building manager to voice my concern about the experience i was yet again met with someone who wanted to take no responsibility for what happened. She blamed the problem on Suntrust and dismissed the rude actions of the attendant because of a notice placed "somewhere" in the Suntrust office, ignoring that this all could have been avoided had the woman in the garage actually helped me in the first place.

  Reasonably friendly inside though they do try an upsell you. However don't bother trying to get someone on the phone the system is a complete run around and three separate occasions I have called been placed on hold and then left indefinitely until I had to hang up

  Went in to wire a transfer, but called it a "cash transfer" to the teller. "Cash transfer?" ugh.... He was clueless... "Do you mean a wire transfer?" If that's what you call it. He directed us to suit/desk teller. We needed to wire money to France in order to pay a bill that was written in French. Even though all the information needed to transfer funds to the proper account was on the printed invoice, Ian Livingston could not (or did not bother) to assist in the transfer because "I don't know French". Numbers are not "French", and accounts are not "French". Incompetent and unhelpful. This is certainly a locals-only branch, because they know nothing of international transfers. He gave a list of required information: swift code, account holder, etc. and sent us on our way to do his job. EVERYTHING he needed was ON THE INVOICE. Unbelievable. There were a host of other problems, but you can find out for yourself if you bank with Suntrust.
