- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I absolutely love Dr. Hasan. He has been my Pulmonary Dr for 5 years. I have had nothing but bad experiences with one of his office staff. This person won't let me speak with the Drs assistant, even though the Dr told me to specifically asked for her. I am told "no, you don't need to talk to her", or "no you can't make an appointment, he doesn't treat head colds." I have been told to "go to Urgent Care or the Hospital." She even told me to "go buy over the counter medicines!" I feel like I am dying, yet I am not allowed to communicate with my Dr!! Should I change Drs altogether?May 21, 2017by Julie Crutchfield
