- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never even got in to see anyone. The office staff is so disorganized, I would be worried to put my life/health in the hands of anyone associated with this office. My doctor sent a referral to Tallahassee Pulmonary in August twice, another in September and they LOST all three. I called and the young lady who answered was extremely rude and refused to research the missing referrals, even though the other 5 my surgeon's office sent out had been received with no problem. She was very snippy and a perfect example of bad customer service. I had my surgeon's office call them and they told them that there would be no appointments until February or March. They lost my referrals and my surgery (supposed to be next month) would have to be moved. Thank goodness my surgeon's office was able to get me in at Shands.
